I would recommend this hotel to others. It was very clean. The staff was nice. Located right near great restaurants and shopping with in walking distance.
The only thing I didn't like was the stale stinch that came from the air condition but I guess that's to be expected with those floor model units because they are older!
-
Comfortable beds and roomy. Nice breakfast choices and the ability to make your own waffles was nice.
The information on the web is not as accurate as one would like. It states there's a night time snack but it doesn't tell you that it's over at 8:30pm.

Nice comfortable bed. Great shower.
My mistake about location--I thought it would be closer to downtown Little Rock. Our room was originally supposed to be a king bed room, but we opted for 2 queen beds, an adjoining room, so that I could be right next to my sister. It did not have enough walking- around room, the adjoining door could not be opened from either side, the outside doors nearest our room could not be used so we had to walk through the lobby to get to our car, the maid's closet or room or whatever it's called was across the hall and every morning at the crack of dawn we could hear them cackling like hens in a foreign language plus slamming doors, our room had a shiftrobe designed for a midget. My long dress and my husband's pants swept 4 inches of that shiftrobe floor! We are not happy or satisfied with those accommodations.

My room key didn't work for my room. Every time I left the front desk manager had to come and unlock the door.

I was in room 203. The room was very noisy. I had highway noise from I430 all night long. Then, @ 6am the room next to me started showers and it was like they in the room with me. I got very little sleep. The vending machine on 2nd floor wouldn't take money. So, no bottled water or sodas. Carpet in the high traffic area in the room had tears or cuts of some kind that needed repair. Small fridge in the room made a loud popping noise about once an hour all night.
-
The location and the overall experience was nice.
The smell of the room

Person working during 2nd or 3rd shift guy wasnt that friendly, morning shift person was awesome!

Nice breakfast , confrot beds , nice location , and the staff was awesome I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling thru town or just need a nice place to stay !!!
-
Comfortable, great priced
Flood light that was outside our window that made our room like it was daylight outside all night. Also the floors above are made of wood and it is very noisy about. Would not ask for bottom floor again.
-
Friendly staff, comfortable spacious room & bathroom, and easy access to nearby restaurants.
LOUD, squeaky elevator...and we were about 5 rooms away!
-
Easy access to my business appointment(War Memorial Stadium)
The floors above me were very noisy. Every time someone walked on them they would creak very loudly. It would sound like they were coming through the floor. This went on all hours of the night. Keep getting woke up all hours of the night. Talked to front desk and nothing got done. They told me they have had no complaints since the floors had been fixed but I would say they missed some. Was there for three nights and didn't get much sleep.

The room was clean, so was the toilet. The internet was really good for a hotel at this level. A good place for this price.
The AC smelled a little moldy for the first 5 minutes after turned on, but after that everything was ok.

Hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly the rooms were big and about everything was great except the breakfast. If it was free I would rate it fine but they even charge $5 for the continental breakfast that most hotels have for free. There was very little selection, and the $10 bacon and egg breakfast was not good. The bacon was old and crunchy and the sausage tasted like a greasy 7-11 microwave frozen breakfast.
